Brand Identity: UWEC's Student Office of Sustainability

When I started working for the SOS, the existing visual identity was inconsistent and outdated.
As an organization that frequently works with campus stakeholders, it was essential that the SOS take on a professional and modern look. Within my time at the SOS, I was able to fully explore the brand including logos, advertisements, webpage layouts, and even sub-brands (Earth Claire & SustainUWEC). Events funded by the SOS became opportunities to broaden and deepen the brand.

The SOS collaborated with software engineers to create an energy dashboard custom to the UWEC campus. The dashboard would provide live data pertaining to campus buildings' energy usage.
Although the project was never finished, the design prioritized interactivity.
Users would be able to hover over campus buildings and the page would respond with live stats.

In the spring of 2020, Eau Claire based rock n' roll band, Flaming Doublewides, released
a call for logo design submissions.
Although this design did not win, it was a strong competitor.
